About CSS3 Ken Burns
The 'Ken Burns effect' is a common name for a particular style of rostrum camera effect, made popular by Ken Burns for documentaries. It adds life to static photographs and is commonly used by Apple & Google for their photo apps.
This particular implementation is designed to make use of CSS3 2D transforms, and is a little crude. If I ever get around to re-doing it, I'll use the 'transition' property, as I think it'd be easier to work with than the 'animation' properties for this particular job.
